Jeannette Gaston, Founder & CEO
Castle Financial solutions was founded by Jeannette Gaston. Jeannette serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Formerly First Vice President & US Finance Director of a top institutional broker dealer with global operations. With over 20 years of corporate and regulatory accounting, controlling and financial reporting experience at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Brut ECN, Sungard Data Systems and Instinet, Jeannette has extensive financial management experience. She has worked with outside auditors from KPMG, Deloitte & Touch and Ernst & Young and is and expert in Accounting Policy, US GAAP, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Jeannette has held the position of CFO, Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) for several broker dealers on an outsourced basis, and is able to represent clients as it relates to regulatory reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Peter's University and holds a FINRA- Series 27 license.
